Subject: Thank you for the water leak repair work

To the attention of the Management of Acque S.p.A.,

Dear Sirs,

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for the professionalism shown by your company in the repair work of the water leaks that occurred in Via Tolone 4, between Campo and Mezzana, and in Via Cherubini in Pappiana in the Municipality of San Giuliano Terme.

It is important to underline how my intervention, as a Minority Councilor, was decisive in prompting a rapid response from the responsible body. Unfortunately, it is not acceptable that for such a serious problem as the waste of water resources, it is necessary to intervene repeatedly to prompt a solution. Water is a vital resource and it cannot

be tolerated that its dispersion continues for a long time without immediate action.

I hope that in the future we can operate more promptly, without the need for constant reminders, to respond to the needs of citizens and ensure increasingly rapid and effective interventions, so that situations like this do not happen again.

I remain available for any collaboration that can facilitate further actions to protect our territory and our water heritage.
