Subject: Urgent inquiry on deplorable conditions and sanitary deficiencies in Municipal Cemeteries of San Giuliano Terme.
I have submitted an urgent inquiry to the Mayor and the Council of San Giuliano Terme regarding the deteriorating conditions and sanitary issues found in the municipal cemeteries. The main issues affect several cemeteries, including Arena Metato, Pontasserchio, and Ripafratta, with reports of overgrown grass, asbestos, non-waterproofed burial niches, exposed bone remains, and unstable structures. The inquiry also highlights issues with the cemetery manager, such as staff shortages and delays. I have therefore requested immediate actions from the Administration to ensure safety, hygiene, and respect for the deceased, as well as the restoration of proper upkeep in these cemeteries.

Subject: Written Inquiry Regarding Traffic Conditions on State Road Abetone (House Numbers 200-208) and Access to Via Repetti in Molina di Quosa.
I have submitted an inquiry to the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and the relevant Councillor to clarify the traffic situation near house numbers 200-208 on State Road Abetone and the access to Via Repetti, where a left turn is currently prohibited. This restriction is causing inconvenience for residents, forcing them to make dangerous U-turns, and it slows down emergency response vehicles, thus compromising road safety.

Subject: Question on the interruption of the Pisa - Lucca extra-urban service
I presented a written question to the Mayor, Deputy Mayor Corucci and Councilor Candida Pugliese regarding the interruption of the direct connection between Pisa and Lucca, which occurred via the extra-urban bus line that passed through Riprafratta. This service, previously managed by Lazzi and Vaibus, was interrupted with the new management of the Tuscan Bus Lines, creating significant inconvenience for citizens, especially in Ripafratta, where the buses stop for maneuvers and where it is no longer possible to park. I asked for clarification on the reasons for this interruption and whether it is possible to restore the route.

This question raises important questions regarding Geofor's new restrictions on access to the Calci Collection Center by residents of the Municipality of San Giuliano Terme. The new rules oblige citizens to deliver waste exclusively with their car, penalizing those who use other means, such as small vans or three-wheelers, and creating significant logistical and economic inconveniences. As a City Councilor, I ask for clarification on the reasons for these decisions and urge the administration to intervene to guarantee fair and easy access to waste collection services for all residents.

This question draws attention to the serious maintenance and safety problems of Via del Gelso, in the Madonna dell'Acqua area. Despite numerous verbal promises from the municipal administration and repeated attempts at dialogue by citizens, the road continues to present significant dangers, including potholes, poor lighting, and impassable conditions in case of rain. As a City Councilor, I ask for concrete and timely interventions to guarantee the safety and usability of the road, including adequate maintenance and structural interventions.

Subject: Question with a written response on critical issues and safety measures of Via Provinciale Calcesana, Via Puccini (Ghezzano-Mezzana section), and Via delle Palanche in Madonna dell'Acqua.
This question addresses the critical issues related to road safety along the Via Provinciale Calcesana and other municipal roads, which cross densely populated areas of our municipality. The document examines increased traffic, excessive vehicle speed, and the lack of structured measures to improve the safety and quality of life of residents. As a municipal councilor, I request concrete interventions to guarantee compliance with speed limits and greater safety, urging the installation of speed cameras, dissuaders, and controls by the Municipal Police, as well as collaboration with the Province of Pisa for tangible actions on the Via Calcesana.
